Ihana Kengat are happy to accept any unworn, unused, non-scuffed, undamaged shoes that were purchased at the regular price for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise are required to contact Ihana Kengat (within 7 Days of receiveing your shoes) via firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Number. The shoes must be returned in its Original Packaging in a saleable condition, including all tags, stickers, shoe bags, in it’s original shoe box, which forms part of the Original Packaging (any stickers and original tags must still be attached) included should be the completed Exchange Form showing the Return Authorization Number. Ihana Kengat does not offer any store credit, our policy is Exchange only. Ihana Kengat does not offer refunds, however, if you find the stock to be faulty we will be happy to send the shoes back to the manufacturer for assessment, if they deem the shoes to be faulty (the shoes must meet strict requirements to be deemed faulty) the Manufacturer will then reimburse Ihana Kengat and we will happily pass on the refund to the Customer.

- For any Returns, the Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
- If the Customer has received an incorrect order or faulty shoes, shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only). Please note, if the Customer wears their received incorrect order or faulty shoes, this voids any exchange. The Customer must contact returns at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving their shoes to qualify for an exchange.
- Customers wanting to exchange for a sold out pair of shoes must then select an available pair for the same price in its place.

STEP 1 – EMAIL US TO REQUEST AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER
Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the shoes for a Return Authorisation Number. On this e-mail you will be required to include your original Order Number (should show on your Original Invoice), the Return Authorisation Number and your reason for the exchange.
STEP 2 – COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM
Once you have been approved for your Return Authorisation Number via e-mail and paid the return postage fee you can then print, and complete your Exchange Form. You must print and complete this Exchange Formand enclose it with your Return/Exchange.
STEP 3 – SAFELY PACK AND SHIP
The shoes must be sent within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorisation Number. Please ensure the shoes are in its Original Packaging, enclosed with a completed Exchange Form, the Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. If the Return Authorization Number is not written on the outside of the package it will be returned to the sender. Please ensure to pack the shoes securely, to be able to withstand any damage, with labels intact. The shoes must be unworn, unused, non-scuffed, undamaged (Including the Original Packaging) that were purchased at the regular price to qualify for an exchange.
Ihana Kengat reserves the right to refuse the package and/or will return the shoes back to the sender, should the shoes/return not abide by this policy.
NOTE – We strongly recommend you have an appropriate method of tracking your Return/Exchange. Ihana Kengat are not responsible for any lost or misdirected Returns/Echanges.
STEP 4 – TRACKING YOUR PACKING AND CONFIRMATION
Once we have received your Shoes for exchange, Ihana Kengat will inspect your order to ensure that it abides by all the Terms & Conditions as stated above. Please allow 1-4 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your shoes. You will receive an email to advise that we are happy with your return and that your exchange has been proceed ready for shipping.
